Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

All purchases on nonobie are for digital content (course modules). Because you get instant access upon purchase, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

2. When You Can Get a Refund

  • Wrong module purchased — Full refund within 7 days
  • Technical issue (double charge, payment error) — Immediate full refund
  • Not satisfied — Full refund within 3 days of purchase
  • Duplicate purchase — Full refund immediately

3. When Refunds Are Not Given

  • More than 7 days after purchase (except technical issues)
  • Completed the majority of the module (80%+ chapters done)
  • Account sharing or policy violations

4. How to Request a Refund

Email us at help@nonobie.com with your order ID and reason. We process refunds within 3-5 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in permanent account suspension and loss of access to all purchased content. Please contact us first — we will resolve any issue.
