By accessing or using nonobie, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use this platform.

3. Content Access

Free modules are accessible without payment. Pro modules require a one-time payment. Purchased access is non-transferable and for personal use only.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed via Razorpay. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on nonobie — including text, code examples, diagrams, and course structure — is owned by nonobie. You may not redistribute, sell, or reproduce content without permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Sharing account credentials
• Scraping or bulk downloading content
• Attempting to bypass payment gates or access controls
• Using the platform for any illegal purpose

7. Limitation of Liability

nonobie is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
